Medicaid expansion has been winning all night in South Dakota. Hard to imagine it will be the state to end the unbeaten winning streak of Medicaid expansion with voters in Republican states.
South Dakota Medicaid expansion update #5: 42% of precincts are reporting. The pro-expansion side slightly increased its lead from my last update. So far, 56% of voters support expansion. 44% are opposed.

For those following the Medicaid expansion ballot initiative in South Dakota tonight (currently winning but its early), the biggest margin of victory was in Idaho where 61% voted yes in 2018. The last two MedEx ballots in 2020 (OK 50.5% and MO 53%) were much closer.
