Curious, will the uniforms be less heat-inducing than previous ones? NHS workforce is over 75% women with perimenopause starting as young as 35! Is the new fabric appropriate? Or will our units be appropriately fitted with air conditioning? Please say that is true @CNOEngland

Between March and June 2023, nurse vacancies in England increased by 3,243 to a total to 43,339 - around 1 in 10 posts unfilled. Add to this the 13,380 decrease in applications to nursing courses. Does the Government not see a perfect storm approaching or does it ignore the fact?

Just sick and tired of those in power who care for no one but themselves.
When the UK’s PM @rishisunak refuses to hold the super-wealthy accountable, it leads to a healthcare system like the one we have in the US. Or even the system in the time of Charles Dickens. Sunak should just #TaxTheRich or change his slogan to "Make the UK Sick Again."
