An unfortunate reminder to fortify ALL your systems against cancelation. Give these guys your business if you enjoy a cigar!.
Subject: A Humble Ask from 1689 Cigars. Dear Friends of 1689,. This isn’t your typical marketing email—but then again, 1689 Cigars has never been about doing things the typical way. Due to an unexpected situation with our previous credit card processor (Lightspeed Payments), our.

Google has had known issues with their email security for years, and it's a nightmare from a cybersecurity perspective. Just because an email says it came from Google or Youtube, always look for alternative ways to verify the authenticity of its content.
Recently I was targeted by an extremely sophisticated phishing attack, and I want to highlight it here. It exploits a vulnerability in Google's infrastructure, and given their refusal to fix it, we're likely to see it a lot more. Here's the email I got:

PSA: Passwords *do not* belong in spreadsheets. Password managers exist for a reason, for the purpose of securely storing & sharing secret information. They're easy to use, can often be *more* convenient than alternatives, & there are lots of good free & inexpensive options.
The Colorado Secretary of State’s Office inadvertently posted a spreadsheet to its website with a hidden tab that included voting system passwords. How do we know? Someone right-clicked "unhide.". #copolitics.
