Exciting work from Chanyeon Kim and @Alex_James_King shows how to codesign a Cu/TiO2/p-Si photocathode for generating ethylene from CO2,💧, and ☀️ 4x enhancement in ethylene generation is achieved with optimized thicknesses and ionomer bilayer ☀️ ➡️ ⛽️

Thrilled to share this new paper on photoelectrochemical CO2 reduction (PEC CO2R) to ethylene! We enhanced ethylene generation by 4x (~2.5 mA/cm2 of ethylene) by codesigning a Cu/TiO2/p-Si photocathode and the mode of illumination. https://t.co/IKuMjubIhw
