Well every DOF will tell it take x amount of years, you can't force players all the time.
The one thing I don’t actually like about this era of football is the idea that you ‘rebuild’ with the ‘vision’ to ‘challenge for the league’ in x amount of years. You can be competitive as quick as you want to be.
