When I was younger my Whatsapp status for a long, long time was Dictum Meum Pactum or My word is my bond. If you are even somewhat ambitious, you reputation is your most important asset. Nothing builds reputation like doing what you said you will do. Every single time.
Old fashioned career advice if you are a young person in this market: 1. Don’t accept an offer, and then decide not to show up a few days before 2. When you do leave a job, and we all do, leave on professional good terms The world is a small place and you have a long career.

At @TeamPratilipi our people NPS usually ranges between 70 and 85. Last survey by @xto10x was 72 90% of what we have done is just copy paste what @kunalb11 did at FC / Cred and @_sachinbansal / @binnybansal did at Flipkart and turn it up a few notches. Forever grateful 🙏🤘
Last few years we have measuring team NPS at CRED via @xto10x and have scored between 61-65 consistently. We’ve been told we are top 2 or 3 companies amongst 30-35 Series B+ orgs tested. keen to surpass 70 but harder with remote teams. Is team NPS measured in your company?
