Black lives matter and I’m all for peaceful protesting but don’t lose sight of something so important by using police as your punchbag and desecrating iconic monuments!

Took part in the BTP Recruit Officer Scenario Training yesterday and I have to say there is something infectious about the enthusiasm of new officers.
Very impressed with the probationer I tutored, especially as we ended up in actual custody!

This is beyond tragic. A colleague killed while doing their job.
We never know what will happen in a shift but it should never end with you not going home to your family 💙
One of our police officers has sadly died after being shot by a man who was being detained in police custody in early this morning in Croydon.
Officers are in the process of informing members of the officer’s family.
