Coming from the most aggressive and reckless driver on the grid that’s rich. Countless occasions this season and in the past Max’s driving could’ve caused serious incidents had HAM not yielded. Now Lewis has shown he won’t back down Max won’t be able to take liberties any longer

Finally there are consequences for Verstappen’s reckless driving maybe now he will learn when to back out like Lewis has done countless times before this was the only way to stop Max thinking he can do what he likes during wheel to wheel battles well done stewards 👍🏻

The negativity comes from people who recognise what a sanctimonious hypocrite he is. Phil Mickelson has given more back to the fans than any player in golf but it didn’t stop the media coming for him. Rory actually gets a huge amount of favourable bias so I don’t get your take.

All I know is with the PGA tour predicted to announce bonus events with increased prize funds Phil has been vindicated in terms of what he said about the tour sitting on piles of money & not fairly distributing it to players, they’re miraculously finding lots of money now.

The main issue IMO is that the car is so difficult to set up due to its unpredictability that Merc suffer on sprint weekends more than other teams because 1 session isn’t enough to find the right balance. Other teams know what they’re getting with their cars so struggle less.

In fact Rory is doing the same thing as as LIV players who need world ranking points, he needs the Ryder cup points which he can’t get unless he plays some DPWT events otherwise he wouldn’t bother playing any event on DPWT unless they offered a huge appearance fee.

He only made up 1 place by going off track however what it did do was put him in perfect position to make the next passes. If he’d backed out at turn 1 & remained on track he’d have likely been overtaken by cars behind & taken longer to come through but made the most of his luck.
