This point resonated with me. Learning to bounce back from failure is a hard but vital lesson as you move through your career. I think it also helps with developing empathy, for times when team members might not perform at their best.

She shares stories about starting a research career when you already have an established clinical role. This episode is a great example of how letting your interests guide your career decisions can lead to fantastic opportunities you never expected.

Leadership is more than telling people what to do. It’s about helping them find away to achieve more. On the latest episode of #theleadcandidate it’s clear that @BiotechBec from CTMC and the @Hudson_Research understands that goal.
