WSJ hating on Atlanta. When I recently counted cranes in the Downtown and Midtown areas I believe the number was eight. Still seems like a boom town to me. https://t.co/Emq6NCrZn0

“Welcome South, Brother” is turning into goodbye as many residents look to smaller, more affordable metro areas.

My late wife Rhonda with an MIT engineering degree used to say, “what they’re doing in DC isn’t 3D chess, they’re chewing on the checkers and arguing which tastes better, red or black.”

The thanks we owe to the men who stormed the Normandy beaches and the leaders who made the extraordinarily difficult decision to send them is to ensure the civilization they saved remains the beacon of light and truth and is not worn away by neglect and contempt.

Crazy stat from @Join_Pavilion GTM Benchmark survey. On average sellers spend less then 2 hours a day actually selling. When I carried a bag my personal goal was to always spend prime selling hours (9 - 12, 1:30 - 4:30) selling.

hardest thing for me to grasp as an adult is you have to keep showing up no matter how you feel. you gotta do this shit sad, do it heartbroken, do it grieving, do it tired. life doesn’t care, it waits for nobody, you just have to keep going.

I shared this note with the Washington Post team this morning: I’m writing to let you know about a change coming to our opinion pages. We are going to be writing every day in support and defense of two pillars: personal liberties and free markets. We’ll cover other topics too

Don't neglect how tedious this platform is becoming. Democrats "won" the battle of being the most annoying party for several years running, but their grip on the title will probably be broken soon.

What a waste of taxpayer money - Kanye would have done it for free!
USAID paid $3 million to a rapper in Gaza to produce antisemitic rap songs. What more do you need to know about USAID? And Rubio has exempted lifesaving USAID programs like Pepfar from cancellation. Thank you @realDonaldTrump @elonmusk and @DOGE for exposing the nightmare,

The greatest example of price gouging in America has to be the price of flowers as Valentine's Day approaches.
