Very disappointed with the customer service @ #FidelityNetBank. I speak to a rep. & they assure me they are handling my problem. It's 6 weeks later & 4 reps & I haven't been reimbursed for fraud charges. If I can't get this settled I'm going to have to move my money.

I have ordered hair online since the pandemic mostly from #HouseofBeauty with out one complaint or disappointment. But on my last order I choose @Ebonyline big mistake. This company advertises products that they don't have or can't get as promised.

I agree with Susie, @Kohls is the worst. They take your money & your order comes piece by piece. I spent 2 days in hold, then tried to use the chat bot & that didn't work. Stop all the promotions & all the shenanigans just get the shipping & packaging orders right first. You🦨
@Kohls Do Not bother to shop Kohl's for gifts this year! We had 2 pickup local orders. Then told we had to StayAtHome 14days as Covid test 1P & 1N in family. Call Kohls worried about 2 orders,stores say Its OK will extend. Never said call every 2 days! Today I go BOTH orders CANCELED!😡
