Bit of a DIY streak here. We just published two methodology papers describing how to make DNA and RNA microarrays using enzymes, and you can (almost) do this at home. Take a look:

The final chapter of a long series of publications is out: and with it, the now complete study of the sequence-dependence of Cy3, Cy5 and fluorescein in 3', 5', ssDNA, dsDNA, you name it. Incidentally, the first paper of our research group!
