Now American wants to shut me up by offering yet another web form to file out. A form that they may or may not reply to and if they do, they send you in a circle asking the same questions I have already answered. #consumerRights.

@senwarren @secretarypete where do I go from here besides calling every number I can find? Sophie and Susan seem to think they are the final say, but I have had enough of the blatant theft. I know consumer protection is eroded, but do laws in place at the occurrences not apply?.

They also still owe miles for flights that required refunds and reimbursement for necessities. @americanair does not care the issues that their failures cause, but they have gone beyond failure and morally and ethically wrong, they have broken laws.

I was told that if I lost it, there was nothing they can do. Now, they are saying they are expired by a few days from when I initially tried to use it. All of this in addition to bait and switch marketing which cost us a lot of money.

I need help! @americanair has jerked us around for over a year for various issues. Usually, they just don’t respond and when you ask for escalation, they are all CEOs. I was given $3500 travel credits which I was told to treat as cash. No expiration date.
