Liverpool John Moores Paramedic Games. Team-based high fidelity simulation competition. 13&14th June - 2024

We are a high fidelity simulation competition. Students put their skills to the test, without the aid of a tutor or mentor. Instead, they learn from eachother as they complete in teams, completing number of scenarios in order to win. Testing bot technical and non-technical skill.

UG paramedics working together in flash teams so effectively, demonstrating mutual respect and lots of support for each other. Here is Team 8 treating a patient who had sustained a head injury and has a seizure. Good job by all involved! Well done Team!

A picture worth a thousand words. a simulated 4 year old child drowning and subsequent cardiac arrest. One hand on the back of the patient's mother, who was welcome into the scene if she wished to be close. The team treating the patient, whilst offering comfort, so naturally.

Scenario recap: Fall from height (traumatic cardiac arrest). A vicar has slipped whilst changing a lightbulb and ended and sustained a plethora of traumatic injuries. To throw a spanner in the works, you have to deal with a fainting bystander as well!
