It’s been a while. How is everyone doing? A dusting of snow here in Brooklyn. Missing my brother terribly, as we come up to the 1st anniversary of his death. So much in life has lost its lustre, but I am working on positive things - the ne day at a time.

First Christmas without my brother. It sucks. People say “remember the good times”. But that just makes me angry and sad and just wanting the world to fuck right off. Of course I remember the good times. But it doesn’t help the fact that I won’t be making more with him 😔

It was an emotional visit to England. We planted a tree on my brothers grave - a flowering cherry blossom, that will be in full bloom around his birthday. Dad made the trip with me too. The nature reserve/natural burial ground is absolutely beautiful. Miss him every day 💔❣️

This immigrant got up early this morning to cast my vote for NYC Mayor. Only the second mayoral election I’ve voted in, and I’ve lived here 15 years. That’s how important it’s become to me now.
