We really need to be careful with him because he’s the heartbeat of the side this season. If he breaks down, we’ll lose a lot of energy and power (not to mention the quality he’s brought).

Thing is, I don't want Mo Salah having to track back. I don't think Liverpool do either. You want him in favourable positions in the final third. Slot hasn't been able to make that happen. He's not been able to make it happen for any attacker. That's the issue here.
