The LDVS Team had an amazing time at #LeedsPride on Sunday! 🌈🏳️‍🌈🥳. We were blown away by the amount of people who braved the weather to show their support for our LGBT+ communities and we were touched to hear the public cheering as we walked in the parade!. #Pride

Have you heard of gaslighting?🔍. Gaslighting is a form of control and emotional abuse, which involves manipulating someone to make them doubt their own perception of reality. Gaslighting can be difficult to identify & may escalate over time so it's important to spot the signs.
