There is no such thing as a private beach in California. The Coastal Act says California coastline is PUBLIC. In places like Malibu, sometimes that is right up under a house. I can’t wait to visit this beach. Check out the app Your Coast to find more access points.
Don't you wish you could find all of Malibu's "secret" public beaches? We do too! But when we do install public signage, the City of Malibu removes it!
