Being a working mom isn’t easy. Many of our sacrifices leave a us with mommy guilt. I postponed promoting to Captain for 11 years to take my kids to school everyday & be home at night. This is a wonderful reminder to never stop going after your dreams. @30x30initiative @NAWLEE
