Lots of feelings this week-- Monday was my last day at NTIA, & I'll miss my colleagues there very much. We're also moving to Philadelphia on Saturday because in August I'll join @DrexelKlineLaw as a tenure-track assistant professor, which I still can't believe is real & happening

Independent regulatory agencies are essential to checking the power of concentrated wealth. I know, I worked at @FTC and saw first hand the deployment of expertise to shape markets to the public good. Neutering them is a play to let the wealthy rig the economy with impunity.
I am a commissioner at the Federal Trade Commission. The president just illegally fired me. This is corruption plain and simple. My full statement:
