After a delayed weekend thanks to storm Eunice, we were back in action this weekend with the U15 Squad in LYIT for their profiling and testing. They also had a Performance Nutrition workshop full of brilliant insights. Keep your eyes peeled for squad announcements this week👀

This weekend saw the beginning of our Assessment & Profiling days with our squads. The U16 squad and Academy coaches were hard at work in @LYIT over Friday evening & Saturday morning.

We couldn’t let this day pass without remembering Rory O’Connor on the 11th Anniversary of his sad passing 🙏 The man who wore 11 in our historic U21A Football Championship success in 2010 🏆 Our thoughts and prayers are with Pat, Bernie, Grace and Carole today and always.
