Thanks to @DonegalLGFA & @St_Michaelsgaa for inviting our u17 academy squad to Cresslough yesterday to be apart of their special coaching day in aid of the Creeslough tradegy fun. We were honoured to play our part while players also raising €500 to donate. Well done to all👏

Without family support our players wouldn’t be where they are today. On Saturday we invited all parents and guardians of our academy players to the auditorium for a workshop with Jigsaw on supporting a young persons mental health💚

Thrilled to have Luke and Leo as Donegal u17 and u20 academy team managers respectively, for the 2023 season. Both have had huge impact in our young players journey over the last two years. We look forward to seeing them in action and wish them the very best for 2023 season.

A young person’s journey & experience in the academy are not in itself about the final destination. It is about maximizing a young person’s potential, personal and team development and leadership. Creating a culture and an environment of promoting and growing emerging talent 💪🏼

The U16s made a special presentation to their academy friend and teammate Daniel McCloskey. Daniel had an serious foot accident earlier this year and has missed most of the season. It was great to see him back on his feet and back in with the group.
