Great weekend at New Balance Nationals. I ran a great leg in our championship dmr race and split 50.77. Then I had hurdle rising star prelims ran 8.49 then the semifinals ran 8.40 for 10th Also made 6’5 first try and made all American and finish in 6th in high jump championship
