1. Keep it short and sweet.
2. Consider/address the clinical question, if possible.
3. Use common, consensus wording and formatting.
4. Be helpful: If the findings aren’t diagnostic of a single thing, at least give an interpretation or differential.

If you're grading yourself, I've historically given partial credit for "close" answers (e.g., you recognized if it was cancer, but just got the name wrong). Very roughly, performance often breaks down with PGY1's scoring ~20%, PGY2's ~40%, PGY3's ~60%, and PGY4's ~80%.

Definitely CMV... is there something abnormal with those vessels nearby? You can see fibrin thrombi, etc... in association with CMV.
