According to Devyn Cousineau of the BC Human Rights Tribunal, this is hate speech and I am violating the BC Human Rights Code by posting this. You will be too, if you repost this. Will you let Cousineau's implicit threat of a massive fine scare you into silence?

With the BC Human Rights Commission levying a fine of $750k for disagreeing with gender ideology, I'm reupping my legal opinion from December 2016 on the pronoun law, compelled speech, and the prospect of jail time. Bill C16 - What's the big deal https://t.co/5eWuAYlD3q

When disagreement becomes ‘hate,’ democracy is at risk Key quote from article: "The tribunal acknowledged that Neufeld was often “adept” at stopping just short of the hate‑speech threshold. If even a specialized tribunal struggles to identify where lawful dissent ends and

Maybe 50 years ago. But it doesn't resemble that original entity in any way. It's not a shield, protecting people; it's a sword, punishing people. Like a $750,000 fine for a politician not being pro-trans enough. That's a counterfeit human right. That's the power to censor.

The BC Human Rights Code exists to protect people from discrimination and exclusion.  I’m appalled that the BC Conservatives support repealing protections for people based on race, gender and ability. In British Columbia, human rights should never be up for debate.

Human rights and human rights commissions are very different things. We can do without the commissions. In fact, we should.

You can try to change your parts but you can’t change your gender. Transgender people don’t exist. That’s my opinion and I’ll say so if I please. Repost and repeat. They can’t prosecute all of us.

Lots of people are saying that to protect private property, we can simply repeal DRIPA and leave it to the courts to reign in aboriginal title. That won’t work. Justin Trudeau spent an entire decade stacking the bench. A recent study by the National Post has found that since

Ah, it would be sweet justice indeed if Devyn Cousineau, by overplaying her hand, caused the breaking of the institution that she used to impose her ideoligcal beliefs about gender upon the people of BC.

The Human Rights Tribunal exists to silence conservative speech by labeling any opposition to the Left as "hateful." They fined Barry Neufeld $750,000 for believing men can't become women. Today I introduced legislation to abolish the Human Rights Tribunal.

When a conservative government finally gets elected in BC, and gets rid of human rights tribunals altogether, people will be able to look back and thank the author of this one insane decision

There's no such thing as gender. There's only the binary biology of sex. To say otherwise, is to proclaim utter lies. Gender ideology belongs in the dustbin of history. The butchering of young people must END & everyone who facilitated it belongs in prison.

A B.C. school trustee was fined $750,000 by a human rights tribunal for arguing there are two genders. These are the same kangaroo courts empowered by the Liberals' Bill C-9 and the Online Harms Act. I called on the Liberals to abandon their censorship agenda.
