Trying to report a relative's bank card lost/stolen in Peru. Dreadful customer support outsourced by @HSBC_UK Apparently they can block the card at my request but can't then confirm to me they have done so. Because "something, something....data protection".

This is very much the type of public interest case we established @LawforChangeUK to support. It took great courage and determination for Hannah and Louise to take it on.
The hearing in the Court of Appeal continues today. Huge thanks to our barrister @ChrismdBarnes and to the charity @LawforChangeUK for funding the appeal - an important public interest case relating to transparency and accountability.
