🚀I am excited to announce that I am on the Job Market this year! . My JMP, "Destructive Communication" (with M. Andres), shows that when individuals are highly polarized, communication not only fails to promote trust but actively damages it. #EconTwitter #EconJM #JMP

✅Validation: [8/9].Use German Socio-Economic Panel (SOEP) to show that child penalty estimation yields similar results in panel, repeated cross-section, & single cross-section. Confirm that child penalties in employment and earnings using PIAAC are similar to previous findings.

🧮 Skill measure: analysis focuses on numeracy skills. ⚖️ Large average gender differences in numeracy levels that have been shown to have high returns on the labor market. 💰. [4/9]
