I monitor my kids' social media, because parenting, and saw this super cute message my daughter sent to @Simone_Biles. She had a mental block on beam lately and reached out to someone who knows better than anyone. Love this kid.

We finished on 85 pairs of crutches, 4 boots, 10 walking sticks,7 first aid boxes, medical supplies and a BIG bag of sweets for the driver heading to Ukraine.Thank you to everyone who contributed.💕 #kindness

Our @Airbnb host is also celebrating his birthday and dropped off some extra birthday cake without realizing it was my birthday as well. It was a nice little vacation birthday surprise!

On the day we are playing in the Championship game, with my nerves absolutely shot, the Minnesota @Twins came through with this amazing care package for one my players who broke his arm earlier this month. Just a top class organization! A good reminder of what's important.

I asked the incredible Dr. Kwan earlier this year where I could donate in her name as a thank you and she said @freekoreandogs @CovenantHouseTO @EMASCANADA are good choices, or any local food bank or mental health charity. Feels like the least we can do!
I have decided to reduce my daily posts to Mon-Wed-Fri. It has been a looong 1.5 years. Doing extra vax analyses has also taken up so much time in addition to my actual job. I want to be able to enjoy my #TwoDoseSummer with loved ones☀️☺️🐶 Thank you for understanding!
