Follow up to this case! I opted for an MIS LLIF at L1-L2 and L2-L3 (with ACR at L2-L3), and L1-L3 MIS PSF. Her case took 3 hours (including a flip), and EBL was 50. Her parameters went from SVA 13 --> 5.9, PI-LL 30 --> 15. All pain gone at 6 weeks post-op. #misdeformity #spine
