Repeal Real ID. After my interim study request on Real ID was denied, my office decided to submit several oversight questions regarding Real ID - the security around it, data storage and how illegals are obtaining them. We wait for answers now from these state agencies.

Was made aware of this last night, started making calls to DHS and Senate leadership to access info on the situation. This is unacceptable by DHS if true that constitutional rights were violated here.
The People’s Republic of…. Oklahoma? A mom and her autistic son are being held against their will tonight in OU Children’s Hospital Should a parent not be able to decide what is best for his or her child? Do we have medical freedom or not? Do we have parental authority or not?

Where is all the enhanced security we were told and ultimately sold on to scare people into getting a Real ID? It sounds like the process is broken. It’s beyond time we rethink this flawed and unconstitutional ID. 🪪
See that star in the corner? That means REAL ID verified. I don't even have a REAL ID, too much of a hassle. Under the law, you must present extensive paperwork. How did NO NAME GIVEN get a REAL ID?

After learning about illegals obtaining CDLs fraudulently, and trying to tackle this issue in OK to crack down on those coming through our State, going to the border was important to me. I wanted District 43 to see our southern boundary. How big of task it is to keep it secure.
