Personality trait linked to Alzheimer’s: new research findings think that if you are neurotic, this increases the likelihood of developing amyloid plaques and tau tangles. If you are conscientious the likelihood is reduced of you developing them.

Stimulation and activities are so important for physical and mental health for everyone! Helps emotional/social well-being in people living with dementia and even delays Alzheimer’s disease progression!
