Elon Musk’s recent statement regarding the potential production of up to 10,000 Starships annually has kept the WAI team and me busy over the past several days. What if this actually happened? What infrastructure and capabilities would be required to realize this ambitious
10,000 Starships per year. That would mean roughly 27 per day… How would this be possible? What kind of manufacturing and launch infrastructure does he have in mind? I need answers! 👀 Even if @SpaceX only achieves 10% of this, it would already be absolutely stunning!

Bit fuzzy, due to the zoom, but I remember a discussion about how these SQD work platforms would work (possibly from the @RGVaerialphotos weekly?). Well...atm, they're definitely operated handraulically...and easily at that. @LabPadre

Today SpaceX began the installation of extra bumper pieces to the Pad 2 Chopstick ends after weeks of installing extra supports. These bumpers will likely be static and have the single job of making sure the ends of the arms don't hit vehicles during their final translation. 📸:
