Glad to share our manuscript @NatureComms exploring the role of C-terminal domain(CTD) of Elf1 in TC-NER. It address a long standing question about how TFIIH is recruited for TC-NER in yeast. Special Thanks to collaborator Dr. Dong Wang and his lab.

Glad to share our latest manuscript. Here, we used targeted UV damage sequencing to address passenger mutations in melanoma. Most of these mutations are associated with damage hotspots created by ETS transcription factors.
