Done with @adidas . Two pairs of “elite” cleats fell apart in months, and they only allow one warranty claim per year. If they don’t believe in their own gear, why should we? (And we have lots of adidas GK gloves, running shoes, Sambas, etc.)

I did IF when I worked out in the evenings only but now with 2 workouts it seems almost impossible. I don’t want to hurt performance and ensure recovery but at same time I would like the benefits of IF if there is a way to combine

Any endurance athletes out there that work out twice a day (before and after work) and do IF? Read @drjasonfung book Fasting Lane but couldn’t find any advise on IF and how to use when doing 2 workouts and trying to optimize performance. Any input greatly appreciated! Thanks

Don’t wish for better gear, conditions, fitness - start where you are and with what you have. This 25 year old mountain bike still takes me up mountains when I visit my parents … I don’t have all my training gear here but I will work with what I got.

Took KetoneIQ @hvmn before the ride and one shot 50miles in and the @ManukaPerformNZ honey in between. I think I am getting closer to nailing nutrition for the Duathlon long course world championships (10k run, 150k bike, 30k run)

Between yesterday&today I rode my bike for 180 miles. Today (80 m)i stoppedto take this pic. Sometimes we do have to enjoy natures beauty even when we are out training hard.Tried a new fueling strategy on long rides/mix of KetoneIQ @hvmn and @ManukaPerformNZ honey -worked well

Defended my Sprint Distance AG DU title! Raced the day before as well. To recover in between races I had some @hvmn Ketone IQ. On to training for Long Course DU worlds in Switzerland (Sept 4) and Long course Du Nationals (sept 25) Stoney Park NY.

Main set: 2 min intervals with declining rest in between sets -first rest 90 sec, second 80, etc - last rest period was 10 sec; running outside around a lake (1/3mile lap) need to keep pace a bit more consistent @B_Holmer - might be a workout for you to try … you’d crush me
