The key to having visible abs is having low enough body fat. You’ll see a lot of people say you don’t even need to work them directly because you work them during heavy compound lifts, which is true, but it’s still better to work them directly as it will make them more defined.

Duck eggs, beef liver, and salo. Sprinkled some sea salt over it all. Broke a fast at 48 hours and 17 minutes with this.
