I’m seeing a lot of kids chasing offers and tagging coaches to their hudl accts. You needed the same energy when it was time to put in the extra work. Kids are training consistently and learning the proper techniques. You cant compete with that when coaches turn on the film. 💁🏿♂️.

If you play DLine please work on your flexibility. Stretching 6 times a day should be a daily habit. The ability to change pad level at the drop of a dime and accelerate through your bend is counting on your attention to this detail. STOP playing so damn high🤫.

D-Lineman please work on your ankle Flexion. If you want to bend corners and anchor down against O Lineman you have to be able to bend at your hips, knees, and ankles. I see too many videos of guys running hoops instead of bending through them. Stretch and get the reps in.

When doing the long arm pass rush I always tell my guys to aim for the center of the chest and let your hand (Accidentally) 👀 slide up and hit the Olineman in the throat. That accidentally contact will clear a path to the QB. @Manny_TheGREAT1 but don’t do it to me bro💁🏿♂️

Wondering why I see so many Dline trainers/coaches work on the disengaging blockers in the run game and allow the DLineman to go 5yards up the field after disengaging the blocker. What about gap integrity? What about pressing your gaps? Run and pass is different #Discipline 🫣.
