PoV on using X for player promotion:. HS players need 2 learn how 2 handle social media promotion. 👀 2 much focus on me/my/I posts. Dump those words. Shift the tone of the message. Focus on highlights. Recruiters 👀 more in 30 secs of video than 6 lines of stats. #LessIsMore.

Nice read 4 all HS athletes. Recruiting has changed. Some HS 🏈 coaches changing how they aid players. HS ⚾️ players could benefit from their model: programs work together, multi-conference showcases. It could work if networks r strong. #FindAWay #ChangeTheGame #NewRecruiting.

You put me on a track man screen at a golf course and I will have some of the craziest metrics you’ll ever see. Tour level stuff. But, I am not a great golfer. The key is getting the ball in the hole… scrambling and finding a way. This is exactly compares to so many I see.

Pitchers:. You’ve chosen to play the most mentally demanding position on the field. Not only do you have to deal with your own mistakes, failures and errors (and be able to move on within seconds), you have to manage your emotions after your teammates errors, umpires missed.
