In US Schools, kids receive less than 8 hours of nutrition education per year. There is a need to help students learn early about the importance of food to health from a young age.
At the beginning of each week, I love setting my intention for the week. I think of each day or week like a blank canvas, it is what we make it. I hope you set the intention to make this week the best possible.
