I need to get up at 4 every day to be at the hospital by 6 and I also need to eat in the AM or I collapse from babby induced hypoglycemia so can anyone help me figure out some stuff I can eat for breakfast that takes appx 1 minute to prepare? Breakfast is my nemesis

@JuliaNEM33 I do a protein bar and a fruit smoothie I made the night before. Freshly blend on the way out and add a caffeine infused protein shake for razzle

@JuliaNEM33 if you want a good advice I can recommend following Michael Greger @nutrition_facts - I started to change my breakfast habits 180 degree and (sorry to say) take much more time than 1-5 minutes. And: don’t eat alone. Best tips I received in my last 5 years.

@JuliaNEM33 Prepare hard boiled eggs in advance. Grab and go. Also sny kind of nuts. Or nuts and raisins. Fruit. Bananas being one of the easiest. And I buy different cold pressed juices.

@JuliaNEM33 El Monterray Breakfast Burritos. About 250 or so calories, microwaves in a 1:30, and easily can eat them during your drive.

@JuliaNEM33 Besides the obvious things like granola bars, yogurt, or pop tarts I am a huge huge fan of Kodiak Cakes microwaveable muffin/flapjack in a cup. Takes one minutes and choc muffin is like brownie. (I also hate breakfast usually)

@JuliaNEM33 I like these! Chuck an egg in there and you get a high protein, low calorie meal +/- veggies

@JuliaNEM33 Instant oatmeal that you can prep day before in container with brown sugar, raisins, etc; then just need hot water... also muesli... used to bring container and add milk, toss in microwave to warm up during winter... both good to keep glucose levels up and avoid the drops...

@JuliaNEM33 In a muffin tin I crack an egg and add a splash of milk, whip with a fork, add whatever fixings you like and bake for 20. They freeze well. They are easy to heat. I keep them in the freezer for my busy days.
