No one encapsulates the British ruling class like Osborne. A man of no discernible talent effortlessly finding himself in a myriad of high profile roles by dint of birth, treating everything with a smug, breezy insouciance including the millions ruined by his role as chancellor.

This is awful and beyond the realms of what anyone would see as basic decency for human beings. It's awful not just for trans people but for anyone who doesn't present with narrow stereotypes of femininity and doesnt want the state policing women's appearance.
Excl: Trans people can be questioned over their biological sex and ultimately banned from single-sex spaces based on how they look, statutory guidance submitted to ministers says. The Times has been leaked the final EHRC guidance submitted to the govt almost three months ago.
