Nah. I saw a story where a man killed 2 kids and the dad of one of them, listened to his baby's mother beg for him to kill her too and Instead killed himself leaving her with the trauma of burying 3 she loved and 1 she once loved. That feels lower

Depression and executive dysfunction is a mother fucker because I just took my first shower in a month and the weight gain means I am just winded from standing now. Taking a shower means things are lifting so maybe I can take care of me a bit better
