1) Let’s get this straight... poetry does not HAVE to rhyme, however...

1) The thesaurus & dictionary are your friends, be curious about words.
2)Search for word families. The “word family” for COOKING contains words like “pinch” “dash” “dollop” use word families to underline themes.

When it comes to being book enthusiasts some schools go that extra mile. I’m at Burlington Infants Primary today where they not only have a library (featuring some familiar books!) but also a free playground library in a tardis !!!! And a reading den!

Today was my 39th school session for 2019 in what is my 39th year... not sure how to celebrate that. I was up at 5am so probably with a snooze!

Last week I joined six libraries for the
#LibraryMarathon
by bike travelling 121 miles from Portsmouth to Weymouth, running sessions with local kids and meeting wonderful librarians as I went and all on a bike made of bamboo.
