Next steps in my work with data from this field experiment are to investigate the effects of the just-in-time tool on employee basic needs satisfaction and work engagement - and organizational performance (using register data).

In a large randomized field experiment with public managers I find that use of dialogue-based just-in-time leadership tools can nudge and indeed increase target behavior - (in this case, transformational leadership behavior).
