Essendon and Geelong played once in 1991. It was at Kardinia Park.
The MCG was also under development in 1990, Essendon’s home game against Geelong was played at Waverley Park.

Let me explain…
Essendon’s midfield is now batting deeper. Darcy is part of a midfield group, and no longer needs to be the accumulator he once was.
His game on Friday night was good, without being great.
There’s a big problem and a smaller problem at Essendon. The big problem is Sam Draper. The smaller problem is Darcy Parish.
