As someone who’s recently brought a place this is incredible Vic Gov gets a lot of hate sometimes rightfully so, this however is one of the best polices they’ve announced Obviously won’t stop prices surging at auction but at least will allow you to not waste time
Underquoting isn’t fair and it’s Victorian families and young homebuyers paying the price. That’s why we’re stamping it out by requiring reserve prices to be published at least seven days before an auction.

I’m not against free ambulance cover & good discussion to have especially as some states are free & others not Whilst it’s not free you’re pretty silly not to have it for $6 a month, thankfully pensioners/concession get it free Just like Car/Home insurance its a safety blanket
