I'm proud that by raising the College's bond rating to A1 Stable, Moody's has endorsed the work the Board of Trustees and I have done to fix City College's finances.

City College is submitting its 311 Annual Financial Report to the state. For the FY ending last June we report cash reserve balance of $17.5M (9-10%) & elimination of all negative accounts, with positive cash flow and net operating ratio, and we ended the year on budget.
