Junior doctors are amongst the most intelligent and altruistic in our society. They have studied and trained for many years and though termed junior are often very experienced. Good healthcare is vital and we need to reward them according to their value to society.

Chris Mason doing his best to tarnish Labour with partial responsibility for the Afghanistan fiasco when it was down entirely to the Tory government. The 2nd news item was of course the •2% increase in inflation followed by the suspension of 5 Labour MPs. BBC is no way impartial.
