https://t.co/j0ADcSYrYa has an article by @carey_alexis that insurance premiums are based on risk. Unfortunately not always true - they can be based on opportunism and sadly that is the case currently for many tourism & hotel properties. A very tight market with limited options.

@Seneca76A If you own a cafe and your waiter tells everyone that comes in that if they are gay they will burn in hell, that's bad for business. You ask him to stop, he keeps doing it. Even worse for business. By the end, you have no choice but to let him go. Folau was bad for business.
