The title "Coach” is a privilege. You have both a great opportunity and responsibility. “Truth”👇.
Being the Head Coach is tough. Some think coaches just yell and get Gatorade dumped on them. That's not what it's about. You navigate difficult situations, that come out of nowhere, that you did not create, but will affect you. It's very rewarding, but different than you think.
