Consistency Breeds Results. It's the hardest part of nutrition & the word I would describe Drew. In the past 6 mo. He has consistently shown up, put in the work & got results. ⬆️25 lb.⬆️Lifts in the weight room.⬆️Exit Velocity & Max Distance, ⬇️60 yd time. and he's not done.

Your plate tells the story. Average athlete’s lunch: 🍕school pizza + soda.Elite athlete’s lunch: 🍗 chicken burrito bowl + 🍚 rice + 🥦 broccoli + water.Same calories? Maybe. But one fuels performance, the other fuels excuses.

Average athlete: Eats lunch at noon. Snacks a little. Plays sluggish by the 3rd. Elite athlete: Eats every 3 hrs, hydrates early, fuels at halftime. Still explosive in the 4th. Comes in CLUTCH when it matters.
